I don't know why this is actually two separate CEP files. they're each 192 pixels wide, maybe that's the max for a CEP file?

okay so while I can easily swap out CELs, CEPs seem to have different animation frames within them, so swapping unrelated CELs around will break, as they won't have the right frames

if you go into a casino and then go into the F2 menu, you can order food. this game is so weird
