This little fella was animated using my space switching tricks. The ball was in aim space, with the pivot on the ground. I used spring physics on the target, driven by the actions of the bug. He was so easy to animate! Happy Holidays y'all! 🦃

Thanks! I've started planning a course on gameplay animation using the same format as the space switching course. Hope to have it done sometime next year.🤞 But no plans for live mentoring, mainly because I'm a wicked-shy introvert with social anxiety.😅

Oh man, Benn. Wish I knew. I’ve done guest lectures with a few places. I’m guessing it’s catching on as an overlap on top of existing pipelines at a minimum. I do know it’s getting easier to find candidates who know this way of working!

Astounding animation, love it! Since the space switching course is not aimed at beginners, would anyone be able to point to a great and worthwhile beginners course?

This is awesome Rich, I’d love to see a quick summarized talk of the methods that went into this on the course if you ever get some time. This is a great example of blending acting with the space switching techniques. Your thought process is unique. THX!
