Hi, could you make sure make sure the following ports are opened? TCP: 11700-11710 UDP: 48800-49000 To do so, please do the following: - Search for Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security - Open Inbound Rules and click on "New Rule..." on right side of the window.

@FocusHome I tried but the problem was not solved. I tried to download the update but this didn't solve it either -
You might have to check with your ISP to see if you can remove NAT strict from your router then. We can'tb do much from our end for this one, sorry.
