I have to say this has to be one of if not the biggest PR blunder I've ever seen any industry make. What in God' name were they thinking about. "I know, our customers hate us so let's tell them we want to charge them an extra £10bn." WHAT?!

Simply not true. There are just 2 stretches of river in England designated as bathing water, Ilkley and Oxford. Both have 'no swim' advisories posted this morning. Both are listed as having 'Poor' water quality.

Laura Kuenssberg asks Coffey if she’d swim in our waters & is happy to let kids in it this summer Therese Coffey can’t see a problem then calls the European Environment Agency liars on live TV when they say our waters are the worst in Europe. Shameless #ridge #bbclaurak

CALL OUT 🗣️ The police have wrecked the siege camp, but we're not moving. We need people in Leicester to lend us sleeping bags, roll mats, warm clothing, blankets, tarpaulin, food. We've already had some rapid response donations but we need more as we continue to lay siege!

Screenshot of text from a letter which says 'Apart from medication to control these conditions it is also advisable to try and maintain as much as possible a healthy diet. I am satisfied that you will be able to do this is even if you are homeless and without any accommodation. For example, several supermarkets sell affordable ready to eat healthy meals, which includes chicken, salad and fruit. Even many smaller convenient stores sell ready to eat healthy options and I am satisfied that you will be able to find a store. For example, two pieces of cooked chicken breast from Tesco costs £3.50 and a ready to eat salad £0.83.'
This is the future @haringeycouncil are planning for our member A when they evict her on Thursday. She has diabetes & hypertension, she lives in chronic pain & walks with a stick- but it’s okay, their reviewer says she can just sit on the street and eat iceberg lettuce. #LetAStay twitter.com/HaringeyHousin…
