Context: Reason that post-it was there is because NY police are waiting for people to jump in areas where the card machines are broken. People literally can’t give the MTA money for the fare, and instead of helping the citizens, the cops are waiting for people to jump over.

I’ve got nothing against the NYPD or cops in general, but those that take advantage and prey on the less fortunate in those downtrodden neighborhoods? Shame. They don’t deserve the badge.
