And teacher pay is low because the teaching is substandard. It’s a Catch 22 that really amounts to the public school industry having low market value in a world where Youtube, Kahn Academy, and Wikipedia exist at the tips of everyone’s fingers.

Sadly they will watch their children suffer for their negligence. Life with consequences is hard. An apathetic life in a world without safety nets is harder than a life of conviction and caring.

It pains me to no end to say this. They’ll stop having children when they don’t have enough food to feed their 8th child and have to start making Sophie’s Choice about which of those children eat and which don’t. This is what happens in a world without safety nets.

I'd like to be bullish on this, but from what I understand and can base on historical models, the human reproduction matrix doesn't work out like this, because it takes a few generations for this surprise to trickle from the smart to poor.

The only hard pivot solution I see is a non invasive, highly reactionary & effectively reversible procedure to limit female pregnancy or male sperm potency. I'd be more open to those ideas if GOV wasn't such a bought and sold game for lobbyists.

Even if your intentions/process was pure, can you imagine campaigning on mandatory male sperm restrictions? Or vice versa with Ovaries although the pro life movement has already paved some cultural roadways for former.

They will try and it will work on the sheep. But by then most of the wealth and the brains will have left totalitarian jurisdictions for more freedom loving ones, or completely started their own sovereign enclaves.
