13/content filtering will inevitably lead to the flagging of legal content such as parody. Could result in a regional dark age of memes, or a region being memetically stunted/starved.

the false flag reports ALONE are crazy to think about... esp in a shut-down first, investigate later scenario... but that hurts the creators revenue too... this is just Media Orgs killing the creator's ability to earn income but at the same time not "silencing" them. holy shit.
