What is your refutation of this theory? Since you are apparently so smart.

Uhh idk, they are the most profitable corporation to emerge from the bitcoin industry? They are at a scale that disrupts/competes with legacy computation producers? (See TSM allocations) They have pre-IPO backing from movers like Tencent and SoftBank?

Don’t take my tweets as support for their BCH position. That is an undeniably bad move

Not supporting any particular move Bitmain made as ideal, especially dumping BTC for BCH. Rather contesting the notion that Bitmain is somehow proven illiquid as a result of their publicized balance sheets and desire to IPO.

They can’t dump those coins. They’re stuck with them

Undoubtedly agree in any short-mid term analysis barring a mass community shifting. Them holding a heavy bag doesn’t incline to suddenly believe they are a soft Corp running thin margins and struggling to stay afloat.

You do realize the IPO was to raise cash, right?

Obviously. That doesn’t correlate to them being underwater and on the bridge of failing.

A capitalistic venture expanding its monetary horizons, even in spite of seemingly bad position, doesn’t negate thesis of capital growth and accumulation. I’m not a fan of BCH, nor will I be participating in the Bitmain IPO. Doesn’t mean I’m wrong arguing Bitmain IPO =/= death
