On http://Purse.io , it is some low income freelancers that are trying to cash out their “wages” in crypto, that pay Amazon for consumers living in U.S. Dollars of high transaction fee is very bad for them! Now http://Purse.io adopts BCH, fees are low! Good!

Who’s paying *dollars* on Bitcoin transaction fees Jihan? You know, if this really happens, and if you care about them so much, you can just do a refund transaction that PAYS THEM BACK 99% of the fee. Blocks are mostly empty, shouldn’t be a problem for you.

Not to mention that funds can go straight to exchange account, so a person cashing out needs to pay no fees at all since he doesn't make any transactions.

Cashing out is a transaction.

Are you familiar with how http://Purse.io works?

Yes. In any payment system there is at some stage a transaction of ownership. Be it on chain, in an exchanges crypto/fiat in house ledger, or in an ACH. There are costs accured to transact in any medium.

In case of http://Purse.io , a person who has Amazon Gift cards wants to cash out. He doesn't have to make a Bitcoin transaction. A person who has bitcoins and wants to buy goods has to, but it's a different person. Jihan was talking from perspective of the former.

Wants to cash out to fiat or crypto? In either case a transaction is occurring, in a fiat ledger or on a chain. I'm not really understanding this/where Jihan is at fault here.
