We exist as systems within 3 dimensional space, and 1 dimensional time. What would a system exist as within 1 dimensional space, and 3 dimensional time?

Mostly agree regarding experience of time ...but our system measurably changes physically though time, even the brain I’ll have to dig into the graph some more
