Can I pay a little extra for a static IP to be on my account? $400 per month is overpriced imo and all I want is a Static IP on my account (and my internet to work)

We don't offer static IP allocation on residential plans and services, a business plan would need to be selected based on the service you're using. Let us know when would work best to have a member of support touch base to assist with troubleshooting. - Tal

I will be switching ISPs if you don't restore my internet. People are not happy that their websites are down and this is 100% your fault.

Electing to host websites without dynamic DNS or a static IP would be the primary cause following on from the prior issue since resolved. We've arranged contact from our support team to assist in checking the setup. Do let us know if there is a best time to call. - Tal

I had a static IP address a few days ago until you removed it.

The service/plan does not include a static IP, it is feasible that the uptime was long enough to allow belief there was, but an interruption to the connection due to identified issues with the account meant session was dropped. Staff will be in contact to discuss. -Tal
