Which device are you getting this info from? The router or the modem? As mentioned, your service operates using a dynamically assigned IP which would change if the session and associated lease expires as it has done in this instance. We cannot assign it back. - Tal

As far as we can tell there is nothing wrong with our end of the connection, hence the need for further testing through support contact and the steps linked in the help guide. We also cannot allocate back the same IP you once had on a dynamic connection. - Tal

Can I pay a little extra for a static IP to be on my account? $400 per month is overpriced imo and all I want is a Static IP on my account (and my internet to work)
