The driver tried to call us 15 minutes early (slot was 3-4), and I missed the call by 5 minutes. I then called back 15 times before our slot began at 3. We called Tesco, they apologised and gave us a £5 voucher and assured it would be delivered today. It hasn't been.

Called them and they said the driver logged he arrived at 15:05. I have the proof that isn't true. They are not interested in me providing that. They would not make a reasonable exception as per the Equality Act 2010. They will not give me any guarantee I will ever get my food.

They just DM'd me that they'd 'try' and get a redelivery for tomorrow. I HAVE NO FOOD. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY. THIS IS NOT MY FAULT
