    If you search Flat Design, you will see that most of the results you see are either people complaining about it, or just designers trying to advertise themselves. Search Skeuomorphism, most of the results are people wanting it back or how it IS coming back (But the wrong way).

    I really like the Explorer toolbar design in Longhorn, in all its weird forms. By the time everything was reset and Vista was forming, it lost a lot of its whimsy. Now in Windows 10 it's just so dull — another casualty of flat design

    There’s nothing inspiring about Flat UI. Nothing. And that “clean” look? It doesn’t help. In fact it makes me spend time hunting down some menu where that important button got shoved into.

    A bunch of boxes with random colors isn't "design". No drop shadows, highlights or textures. Too much white space and everything is flat and huge. It's lazy.

    I love how they "accidentally" leak shit to use a few people as guinea pigs. Not a single "leak" is accidental, they've been doing it on purpose for many years. If any of the really important stuff was leaked, there'd be insane censorship, like it was with W2000 source code
