That remains to be seen. The reason why this issue was so rampant in the first place was because big companies didnt have to hire anyone and third part companies would do all the work and split profit for doing the work. The big companies right now are not paying anything

and it most likely will happen, and it won't stop until they tried to get a big youtuber like
@pewdiepie or@markiplier ban. That when Google will step in, cause if they lose Youtubers like them, then Google will lose a lot of money from stocks and advertisement.
