    Found this from July 08. Don't know if they are still in business, the 1st gym I ever joined back in the mid-80s. In this pic, the AC is on, garage door open, turn on a fan. Not much heat in the winter either, bring your gloves.

    Taking this storm seriously... Called a snow day for tomorrow a little over an hour ago 😲 If it comes like they are predicting... will be intense. LOL! I'll be sure to post pictures for my friends who don't see much

    A view of the Fitness Center this morning at about 6:30. Open from 6:15-7:15 AM. No charge! If your schedule allows it you can get in a good workout before work. Only open on days that school is in session. On Snow Days or Snow Delays, it is closed.

    They just announced that all after school activities are cancelled. That will include the PM Fitness Center hours from 6-8 this evening. See you next week...

    As you know, I don't make a practice of taking pictures of my food. TBH, it isn't usually sitting around long enough to take a picture. LOL! However, this biscuit made with slices of bacon and shredded cheese cooked into it. My son and daughter came up with this today.

    Got in a treadmill this evening. Starting to get in a good groove with the Haven't been this consistent for a while. So far, the knees are holding out... LOL! When you are over 55, you expect some hiccups along the way. 🤣

    Today was a day! A good 2.6 miles for the AM. Chilly, but not too cold. I have the evening shift Center from 6-8 PM. Planning on another couple miles on the treadmill and some for good measure. 😃

    My dog was VERY interested in the bunny tracks around our "burning bush" in the yard. Got in a quick 2+ mile run, three sets each of AKA & Great start to the week!

    Quality of Life! Being there for your children and grandchildren... The REALLY important things. Take care of your diet now! Take care of yourself now! The older you get, the harder it becomes. You don't have to run a marathon or become a bodybuilder. Just be more active!

    As you get older, there will be some limitations that will make themselves known... LOL! Some, you can't ignore. Others, you can work around. Determine now, at whatever starting point you find yourself, to stay as active as possible for as long as possible.
