  7. Well, after what I thought would be good news to start back on weights and machines ended up with my wrist being put BACK into a brace for 8 more weeks! 🙁🤨 because of a torn tendon. This is very disappointing. Staying with modified workouts.

  11. There are times in our lives that we do not look forward to. Losing a family member is one of them. This past week we have lost two in family and one young friend. God carry them and welcome them into your kingdom. 🙏 Amen 🙏

    When the weather gets cold, wearing layered clothing works better than a single heavy coat. Add mittens and a hat to prevent loss of body heat, and cover your mouth with a scarf to protect your lungs.

  14. At -35 degrees outside right now and the auxiliary heat isn’t even keeping up, I don’t think the gym is an option for me today. home gym time is good barre, and time to keep warm. it up!

  15. As I have a bit of a setback (fractured wrist) in my workout routine, I will continue to modify and work on other parts of my body more.

  16. After a fall Friday, and possible fractured right arm / wrist I slept most of the weekend. Redoing X-rays this morning and I hope it’s just a really bad sprain ? 🙏
