Did you see Tulsi is admitting the PV reporting was shite but still claiming ballot harvesting is a thing?

Ballot harvesting is a thing. Compromised voting machines owned and operated by private corporations is a thing. Election fraud is a thing. PV is not a reliable resource, but that doesn’t mean this particular issue isn’t real. Please follow

"Ballot harvesting" is the collection of absentee ballots (no machines involved) from people unable to mail them themselves. It's a normal part of GOTV. Are you saying disabled voters in rural areas underserved by the post office can't vote?

The issue is the lack of accountability when it comes to third parties collecting and transporting ballots. It’s a real issue, and not just with presidential elections, but local as well! See timestamp 11:30 in for ballot harvestinghttps://youtu.be/IdG6oyjV2Qk

There are already laws against ballot tampering and people collecting ballots for fraudulent purposes have been convicted under the current laws because the current laws are working. Why advocate a law targeting a nonexistent problem? It’s vote suppression.

The current laws are working!? That’s why ballots are destroyed after elections and federal judges just shrug and say “not enough evidence” to prove election fraud, hmm? Because the laws are working. Okay.pic.twitter.com/Vm9wPuRlOl

Now you’re improperly connecting GOTV with electoral fraud the same way the right does. Ballots being destroyed by election officials in FL are unrelated to “ballot harvesting” as defined RWers. Why conflate them?

Because they aren’t unrelated. If an unsupervised third party transports ballots in their own personal vehicle alone, who’s to say they aren’t being tampered with? Or withheld? These third parties are typically volunteers. Who’s vetting them? Who is holding them accountable?

In the most recent case, the courts in NC. Under the existing law that says you can’t steal, destroy, or divert ballots fraudulently.

You act like people respect these laws. There’s no transparency in our elections. Zero. Have you done extensive research into how ballot harvesting has been abused by the Dem party against progressive candidates? It has. We’ve documented it here. While it’s one small issue of...

election integrity & definitely not the most vital, it is a thing. Very much so. Further to redo our elections we need open source elections and rank choice voting, as well as complete transparency. Without that sorry we can’t trust ballots will be counted or won’t be hidden.

Gabbard’s Bill in 2017 addresses many but not all of those issues. You have a show, I’ll gladly debate you on this because it’s a real issue people need to know about. Election integrity is the key to progressive policy & we need more people talking about it not dismissing it.
