Democrats just pushed fascism by kicking the Green Party off ballots. Regardless of how much you like them, if you’re trying to build a party in 2024, do you think glossing over this issue isn’t going to come back & bite you in the ass? Isn’t it hypocritical to ignore it now?

It takes a lot of work to get ballot access & to even get a fair chance with a third party, we need to redo our entire election system, but somehow we’ll look the other way when democrats do it? Are we going to complain only when republicans do it? Somehow it’s worse one way?

My point is until we stop binary thinking & stop assuming that the presidency & electoral politics are all that matter, come 2024 Dems will run another idiot as will Repubs, a 3rd party will have no chance, & you’ll continue the cycle until you stop & go outside electoralism.

Democrats have no reason to give you crap bc they know they can count on your vote regardless. Herd you like a bunch of cattle. That’s what’s happening even in the “progressive left” in America. Doesn’t matter how much you hate Biden online if you vote for him & tell others to.

yet again it feels like it's a vote that says "go ahead Dems ... SCREW THE BASE ... they will follow like sheep" (i am just talking about the rigging here, forget the policies that are exactly the same as republicans)... I am not sure why but I feel so happy to switch to NPA
-
(officially "on record") ... as I say I was always an ind. registered as a Dem for a SMALL number of choices ... registered years back and just never took the time to switch to NPA ... thought switching to Green but seeing what they are doing ... nope

The best thing to do is not vote shame anybody and thus, avoid hypocrisy. I'm 3rd party, but I hate being told who to vote for, etc, so I don't browbeat anybody over supporting Biden or Trump.

I completely agree. I just don't understand how they managed to screw up, using two different addresses. They knew not to do that, they've participated in general elections many times prior.

Do you understand clearly that a 2 party system is written into the Constitution? At no point in history has a 3rd party won a major Office. It's 2020.
@hasanminhaj explained it ad nauseum on his episode "We're voting wrong!". While that IS the case, a 3rd or 4th IS intriguing. -
Hold up, what is the Republican party other than a 3rd party that made it? Having said that yes 3rd parties haven't gone where they need to in recent years.
