We are eating beans, lentils, spinach, protein shakes, salads, tofu chicken very little, some beyond burger, pasta, lots of fruits. Like I said I feel fine.

All vegans should take a b12 (and honestly a D) supplement. Methyl B12 chewables/sublengual is best. I dont think our fav reporter here has been vegan long enough to be feeling a lack of b12 though

This may sound silly but there are naturally addictive chemicals in meat and milk products. Some people go through a mild but legitimate withdrawal.

If they're still early in their transition it could be part of the body adjusting. The nausea shouldn't get bad or something else would be wrong. I would say maybe just examine the meals being eaten to ensure that each one is well balanced (fruits, veg, carbs, protein).

Possibly what they are eating is new to them, and are not combining it with a good balance of greens and such that help you digest.
