I’m smiling on the inside.
12 Days Vegan. No longer a part of the system of cruelty and murder that goes down to the very tiniest of beings. This is for life tho. There’s no going back.

Don’t be too hard on yourself but a good start is incorporating beans, lentils, more vegetables and less meat & dairy into your diet. Remember when you eat an animal yes you get protein. But how did that animal get protein? From eating plants. Plants have protein.
Not at all. There’s really good vegan parm that’s almond. It’s very good.
As a fellow recovering cheese addict… @daiyafoods has amazing cheese alternatives.
I know. I need to shop more. Thanks for the tip.
I wish I could do it
I can't see the animal alive , if I do I can't eat it. I have friends who raise then kill cows for meat. They sell the meat and I go by their farm daily. They asked why I don't buy from them and I told them and they said I was nuts. I just can't do it like that
Fish is my main non-vegan protein - I'm almost afraid to ask what you think about the supposedly sustainable fisheries. I guess they're still killing the fish in an inhumane fashion, or are you just opposed to killing fish at all?
That's the hardest for me. I don't know if I can give up cheese and the fake stuff isn't good.
Vegan cheese is better than ever, but for some people it’s never the same.
But once you get past the initial withdrawal, it’s no big deal.
