We shouldn’t have statues of ANY people AT ALL. We shouldn’t elevate anyone to reverence. People are not deities. The fanatism & hero-worship culture has hurt our movement & our country. It’s how we get religious fanatics, egos & celebrity worship.
3) History in America is the white perspective not the native or African or immigrant. So to truly talk about history you have to include more voices than the current ones.

I don't see why keeping any statue in a public place is a white perspective since there are statues of non-whites in the whole world. My remark was not about America specifically, but about the world.

To have more representation of non-whites in public places in America you need to put more statues/street names of them, not make vanish any representation of a person in them.
