Please don't say things like "far less likely statistically" when you have no relevant statistics and never will, because they don't exist. You should instead say "here's some bullshit I think but have no way of demonstrating."

It was literally done 4 years ago. It's not conspiratorial thinking, they went to court over this. The documents are available to the public. How is armchair psychology a good explanation for something, when there's literal contradictory historical precedent from 4 years ago?

Unless *you're* a doc, you can't say the opposite. And even if you are, you still can't say the opposite. I'm telling you from experience, that's what happened. Whether it was just plain nerves or he knew what he's saying is bullshit, doesn't change that he had an anxiety attack
