AOC on likelihood of M4A getting passed: “The worst-case scenario? We compromise deeply and we end up getting a public option. Is that a nightmare? I don’t think so,” she said. Y’all took this out of context. Could she have defended it better? Sure. But it’s not like those chastising AOC actually care about healthcare. If they did they’d fight for the real solution not a compromise from the start.

No. Berners are saying ppl will die without single-payer and nothing less than single-payer is acceptable. Now they admit they will have to "deeply compromise." My candidate wanted to get to single-payer through public-option as well, but Berners said he was corporate sell-out.

No. That’s Ocassio speaking for herself and her mistake alone. Also taken o of context. We aren’t a monolith. We don’t want watered down bs. Thanks for playing.

Oh, top surrogate and actual member of congress AOC is only speaking for herself now? I'm sure she hadn't discussed it with Bernie at all. Or that she has a good understanding of how unlikely it is to actually get passed. But ok.

Medicare for all is a type Single payer health. Public option is not single payer health. Some people want to twist this to fit their narrative. Lol nah it does not.
