This sounds exactly like Tulsi’s “Single-Payer Plus.” It would create a two-tiered healthcare system all to keep private insurance companies happy. Incorrect. Tulsi's model is based off of the Australian model in which you are unable to opt-out of public insurance. Everyone is entitled to public insurance, but are able to supplement in with private. (FYI this is how it works in Finland and most other countries)

Yeah that chart is incorrect. Private insurance exists even in small forms in all countries with single payer health. They’re misrepresenting that to hurt Bernie w misinformation. Also that’s no longer accurate to share. It’s irresponsible. Warren supports public option.
