.@TheEllenShow msg of being kind to ALL is so needed right now. Enough with the divisiveness. We can’t let politics tear us apart. There are things we will disagree on strongly, and things we agree on — let’s treat each other with respect, aloha, & work together for the people.pic.twitter.com/pfXfSLAYhi

For the record Bernie has actually defended Biden, Obama, Reagan, & McCain to our dismay. This is politics. I don’t agree w it but that’s how this is. What’s more crucial is noting elites like Bush & Degeneres will stand together, & will only be held accountable by we the ppl.

But Bernie isn’t a queer icon and palling around with someone whose administration tried to outlaw gay marriage via a constitutional amendment. George W is also one of the biggest reasons we have Kavanaugh. He called everyone on the fence, begging them to vote YES.

No one said he was. I wasn’t comparing Bernie to Ellen. That’s not the point. Point is our politicians in general should be criticized for placating right war mongers no matter who they are & especially progressives. It happens way too much. Criticisms should be constructive.

You’re misunderstanding me. What’s getting overlooked by many Bernie supporters is that Ellen is a queer icon to many older LGBTQ and she is palling around with a man whose administration refused to see the community worthy of having any RIGHTS.

I think most people see that. IMO. But that’s exactly what’s so telling. This is a clear indication of class elitism uniting. At the end of the day they’re all part of the 1%.
