Yeah I agree I imagine she did it to get some heat off of her. I wish she stuck to it and didn't cave but oh well.

Thats my theory too. It would've turned into a distraction from her message. Just like the "she's going to run 3rd party thing". She could always run as an indie for HI Senate, wink wink
However I think this could work in the long run if she plays her cards right .1 réponse 0 Retweet 4 j'aime -

I'm really hoping she is saying that she won't ditch the democratic party just to get people off her back and she really actually will when the time is right. The democratic party is a dead end for real tangible change in America.

Tulsi is very fluid in her believe system when it comes to tackling corruption. If the people create a legitimate avenue for her outside of the Democratic Party, don’t be surprised if she takes the opportunity.

I hope you're right Niko. But first we have to grow
@4aPeoplesParty to make that happen as the Green Party also hates Tulsi.3 réponses 0 Retweet 1 j'aime -

Yes for a host of reasons. She isn't extremist enough for their liking to put it in a nutshell. They're also in denial about automation which Tulsi isn't. They think there's only one way to look at the Palestine conflict. GP also believes in hinduphobic propaganda as well sadly.

I think there IS only supporting BDS in reference to the Palestinian issue. Both Tulsi and Bernie are wrong there. BDS does not Delegitimize Israel. It simply pushes for Palestinians to regain much of the autonomy they lost and to stop being murdered. There is no solution w/o it.

I've got no issue with boycotts etc. The problem I see is that BDS refuses to see the root problem with Zionism itself. Namely that Zionists chose the holy land to fulfill ancient biblical prophecy. Giving back some land doesn't solve why Palestinians are fixated with Jerusalem.

Sorry no. It was their land to begin with. Israel occupied their land. Literally. To say otherwise is a lie. The Jewish peopels never has a land bc they’re an ethnicity of people. And they didn’t only occupy, Israel used US aid to kill, displace and push Palestinians away.

That’s an fact. Netanyahu was & is an evil monster. We have to look at the way we coddle and allow Israel to influence us so much. Same with Saudi Arabia. But we talk about “spreading democracy” elsewhere? FOH. I know plenty of Jews for Peace & they’re even more radical than I.

Let me also be clear. Netanyahu is a war criminal. Israel refusing to recognize the Armenian Genocide after all these years is one of the most evil things they've ever done as a state. Their occupation is illegal and counter to all drives for peace. I don't deny those either.
