You can’t opt out though. So it’s still Medicare for all. Everyone is covered. She simply allows for people to pay double. I don’t agree w it but that’s the fact.
But that doesn’t mean it won’t exist for supplemental or union/labor until they decide what’s up. He added that last part for a reason.

Well for supplemental yes, but not for unions. Private insurance is still abolished. His provision allows for them to receive compensation in the form of wages given M4A is likely cheaper than insurance premiums.
