gabbard said that if you don't let people keep their private insurance instead of using Medicare, that this would be un-American. She said it. It is an unfortunate fact.

The big issue is, why hasn't she clarified. Surely her campaign is aware of this issue. So if it's a simple misunderstanding, why isn't she putting out a clarifying statement?

If that's her defense, then the correct answer is, "Umm, Anderson, who are you talking about? I don't know of anyone proposing to take away private insurance." Instead, her answer implies she believes that there are candidates who want to do this. So who is she talking about?

So Bernie is? So are you saying he is being misleading and actually supports something different than Medicare For All? And Tulsi supports what the bill actually says?

He’s not misleading just not saying outright key words that his plan WILL AND DOES include private insurance. He wrote the damn bill so he knows what it has. It’s not what he wanted but it’s what we got. He also needs to get with Ro bc Ro is actually saying what’s on the bill.
