This is such a very sad statement to me. Why must our voices be reflective of our color? This is how Trump and the whole of the Dem Party keeps us divided so that we can't unite and stand up to them. It's ludicrous and very off-putting to most Americans.

I think its forgivable given the context, and that's coming from someone who hates idpol. The CBC does us all, not just black people, a great disservice when they endorse neoliberal candidates over the likes of Bernie and Tulsi.

That’s what she’s saying. We don’t need black or brown people who aren’t really going to fight for our issues, essentiallt calling out fake progressives like harris or Booker etc. That’s what they do. Now that said I do think this whole thing w/ Pelosi about policy not race.
