4) Warren has been close with other pro-charter advocates, making arguments in defense of them in her past writings. Josh Delaney, Warren’s senior education policy adviser for the last four years, is listed as a veteran of Teach for America (TFA) on his LinkedIn & beyond.

11) The family Bernie speaks out against constantly, is working with Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, using both public and private funds, to pour hundreds of millions annually into charter schools, in a joint effort to privatize public education.

There is no defending charter schools. Even if they do well it is on the backs of public schools through swindling money off our public education, our teachers, our students, & doesn’t solve the issue of misallocation of funds & for profit education. There’s zero defense.

10) One of the wealthiest & greediest, anti-union families, the Walton Family Foundation, is of course the largest private financier of charters. In 2016 they revealed a plan to spend $200 million in five yrs for charter schools, & they’ve opened 1/4 charter schools in the U.S.

5) So Warren’s most recent advisor in education policy over the last several years has a pro-charter agenda. This contradicts, or at least puts in question, her “plans” for free public college education & debt forgiveness.

Whoa this is big! Great work this needs to be blown up. Many progressive media outlets like
@TYT and@majorityfm have spoken out against charter schools so they should educate voters on Warren’s close ties to charter schools and huge indicators she’ll continue to enable themMerci. Twitter en tiendra compte pour améliorer votre fil. SupprimerSupprimer
