Actually she's 100% correct that NPP's were issued in the to new registrants, that they were deliberately not counted, and that a bejeezus of ballots weren't counted after the AP called the state before the Primary even *started. But hey totally normal:https://www.commondreams.org/news/2016/06/10/after-frustrating-primary-millions-ballots-california-remain-uncounted …

Actually, she's not correct: cross-party ballots were not provisional ballots, and provisional ballots were counted. It just took more than three days because LA is more populous than most STATES. And the Jungle Primary came in 2018.

Provisional ballots don't usually get counted unless the margin is slim enough to demand they do

Sigh. from your own source. Also, this is the uninformed bullshit that Berners thrive on. The votes were counted. She won. Easily. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2016/07/07/one-month-later-california-finishes-its-vote-count-and-clinton-wins/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.e6975893649b …pic.twitter.com/JwayKGLt44

Lol I'm just gonna say it one more time and highlighting random sentences that just make claims won't make it any different: provisional ballots don't get counted unless it's a small margin. Ergo if late registrants are forced to vote w provisional, final total is inaccurate.

Now it's very possible all provisionals *were counted. But I've never seen any total that makes a point to note they were. It would be more in line w traditional elections that they weren't .

"Provisional ballots are counted after elections officials have confirmed the validity of the voter’s registration and that the voter did not already vote in the election." (LAvote) If their provisional ballot was NOT counted, California voters have a right to know why not.

"Meh this voter's registration looks dicey I think we will not count it" - it's that easy lol. And many people *did learn their vote was not counted.

I'm not even saying any of this was intentional or part of some vast conspiracy (although nothing would surprise me), I'm simply stating what I saw, read and heard as an LA resident in June of 2016. Lots of people posting they could not receive anything but NPP's w fill-ins only

As a result of record turn-out in the 2016 Primary election, LA ran out of Democratic Party ballots so they issued equally-valid NPP ballots which had to be hand-counted. And you believe their inability to count them all within 48 hours is proof of election tampering.

Not accurate. They didn’t give them NPP. They were instructed not to hand them the right crossover ballot. They gave them PROVISIONAL. WHICH over 60,000 we’re not counted in LA county alone.
