    But the template still has to be positioned by someone who can see in order to align its edges with the candidate/box row edges. Rarely used

    An encouraging perspective wherever people feel their vote doesn't count because their vote can't/won't change the result in their own area.

    With 52.5% of the vote share, North West Cambridgeshire is one of an extremely long list of so called "safe" seats
