    Looking tired but happy last night after teaching spin & the first session training students for the 10K Run! During fitness tests, participants held 4 MINUTE PLANK! Impressive! We've got 10 weeks to go - LET'S DO THIS!!! 🏃🏾🏃🏼🏃🏻
