    Unfortunately there won’t be a Thirsty Mage episode this week. came down with a cold and can barely speak. Don’t worry, we’ll be back next week with an episode about the developed game of the decade candidate: Nier Automata.

    Working on the second most Canadian thing possible, replacing the auger belt on my snowblower. As I open up the engine thoughts of just trading it in for a flamethrower from Elon Musk is dancing in my head. Clearing my driveway with this is ok for the environment right?

    Picked up Transistor (made by ) while it was on sale and I’m blown away at how good this game is. Will be discussing it in-depth with this week on . I got excited when I discovered there’s a physical version but sad it’s sold out 😩

    Project Update: V2 of a Pokémon TCG Deck Box turned out much better than the original design. I widened in order to add a spot to put your coins and dice. Added some flair with a cutout design on the front and name on the lid. Now I’m working on a way to keep the lid down.

    Quiet day at home so I decided to make a prototype of a custom deck box. Held together with tape right now as I tinker with the details. I think the dimensions work, time for the visual design. Thinking of a cut out silhouette with a second colour underneath.

    Finished the first route of Nier:Automata last night. Absolutely incredible game, would look real nice on a portable screen and be right at home on a Switch. Normally I’m not too worried about porting but this title deserves to be on every platform.
