So to nobly take on something with grand purpose, means being responsible for the scope and people from day one. And if it becomes clear it is not achievable, you have to scale back, or be responsible and refund / pay crew / take the loss. But many cannot face that reality.

So I know exactly how this happens... and it happens when you constantly defer and hope instead of taking responsibility. Sometimes you have to learn that the hard way. And sadly, this message is yet another deferment. If you want to be for people, take care of people. Please.
