Woah this blew up something fierce. Disliking a film because female directed it isn’t sexism. Food can be art. But what I was getting at originally was calling a movie bad (regardless of the intent/person behind it) is ok. Good/bad films nearly live or die by critics these days..

Yes that’s very sexist. But I, not anyone else on this thread (to my knowledge) have stated it’s bad because a female directed it that assuming, speculative and egregious.
