I’m in the process of reducing my dosage of Luvox & have made it to the second stage of the reduction. Thankfully so far it has been going well on the depression side of things but boy the anxiety side is really trying to kick my arse. I actually find that the anxiety is harder

to deal with as when the depression was bad I couldn’t make it out of the bed let alone the house but often the anxiety doesn’t hit hard unless I’m out of the house or at work. So I’m at work and anxiety is screaming at me and I just have to stay there and keep working because $
