A big reason I love Get Out. Masterful Humor/Horror shifts. Who else is doing interesting shifts in tone right now in less forgiving genres?

I think it's because it needs a certain amount of skill to do appropriate tonal shifts, were you can have both emotionally earnest and funny

moments without diluting each other. Like, Doctor Strange: it has a couple of poorly placed jokes that just don't work (Mr. Doctor)
