Very true. It's so easy to trick ourselves into thinking it won't help or we can do it ourselves. At the least it points you the right way

See if there's a local university or any big group that does a Health and Human Services Program. It helps do a lot for you.

I've been able to find counseling thru local University psych dept or local Catholic charities (w/o religious focus if that's not your bag)
