Anyone else have problems with Zoom suddenly not recognizing your pro account on certain devices? Same log in, but on one it works perfectly, on another it reverts me to basic. I'm losing my mind because I need to work from the other device.

Extremely basic tech support question but here goes nothing: have you tried logging out and back in on the device its not recognizing your pro acc?

many times! Even updated the version. I've contacted support but, of course, I wont hear for awhile even tho this is time sensitive.
