Fair point, I maybe phrased that to imply something I didn't totally mean, haha. I meant something like "a movie that you recognize has major flaws, but has aspects that charm you enough to love it in spite of recognizing those flaws", lol

I agree with you for the most part, but there are things I like that I still have major problems with. Prime example would be Rise of Skywalker. I really enjoyed it, there’s a lot about it I like, but, the film really tests my threshold for nonsense at times.

And I love that. I like things that give me mixed feelings, it forces me to really think things over. Another example is the 2007 Spider-Man 3.
