So!The film industry has basically stopped, which means all my other work has dried up. But now that I have time and finally feeling better... I'm going to finally finish the Paul Thomas Anderson book I started. Will put out electronically on my own as soon as possible. <3

first thought that came to mind during my last rewatch. Grand Budapest comes close for me but Wes Anderson's work feels a bit more caricatural and I don't know if that makes it more or less impressive than PTA/Boogie Nights.

Actually, I'll answer my own question, Boogie Nights is more impressive because it is a sophomoric effort from someone in his 20s and is now one of PTAs more unique entries whereas GBH feels like the culmination of what WA has been building towards.

Where do you stop at cast count? Do Ricky Jay and Guzman count? Out of Sight comes to mind.
