Normally you do these sorts of things MONTHS into a game to freshen it up, when any sort of change feels super welcome. But TWO WEEKS IN!?!?! Just when everyone is getting going and still working on their basics!? Then you're introducing a game-breaking mechanic. It's bonkers.

I adore Nintendo because of how much they ignore established "rules," but sometimes those same bold choices ignore the basic, established needs of gaming and you end up with these kinds of feast and famine scenarios. Just bonkers.

It's not just the egg event overflow, also the cherry blossom event on top of it. Some people are more into one or the other but can't focus.
