Hey, if you ever have a character say the words "but I still have so many questions!" you're plot blocking and don't do that. Find an elegant way to misdirect. This is going to be a weird first watch.

Hey remember how the first movie had no lore and that was really effective and then they were like "hey what if we did that but ALL lore." Great googly moogly what is this

Frozen: Let's have fun chorus-laden fun songs that are about subjects. Frozen II: Let's open with series of non songs that are constantly explaining complicated inner monologues.

33 minutes in and there isn't a single clear, tangible conflict yet. Only mYsTeRiOuSnEsS

1 hour and 16 minutes and this movie has had plenty of abstract danger, but honestly hasn't had a clear character-on-character conflict yet.

By that point isn't the minor conflict of "Christoff is worried about proposing" introduced?

Where’s the 33-minute mark in Frozen 1, for comparison? It definitely got through the backstory (and therefore Anna/Elsa’s motivations) by then — had it already reached “I said ENOUGH”?
