I know there are a lot of important problems in the world, but the thought that one day society might realise that we CAN'T all keep to the same routine...I'm reading this knowing I'm at work at 06:00 in the morning but CAN'T go to sleep for another hr or two (It's 23:37 here)

I've given up fighting my natural sleep cycle (7am to 2pm) but I live with my family who see sleeping past 10am as one of the gravest moral failings possible. I've talked my parents but my mom still sometimes wakes me up at 10 cause she can't stand it. Most days I sleep 3 hours

May I ask a sincere question? If, like the author of this article, your body clock is on a 9pm-5am cycle, could you theoretically move to New Zealand and find your body clock now aligns with the time zone better? Or would your body adapt and you’d still sleep through the day?
