I fought for months and months and months to try to get on a good schedule. I finally did. Five glorious weeks of going to bed and getting up early and feeling like a normal person. It was the first time I was able to do it since 5th grade. One bad week and it all goes to shit.

Tho it sounds like you felt better when you made the shift...I’m not sure of your exact situation. (I feel like shit when I try to go against my naturally nocturnal ways.)

I spent a lot of my life thinking no one else was like this. Only learned about DSPS 10 years ago - it was profoundly liberating just to know that I’m not lazy, and it’s a real thing.
