Per the usual rules, any sleep advice is an instant block. I've been dealing with this my whole life. You don't have the magic answer. I'm not magically not doing something right. This has been my whole life. You're being the opposite of helpful.

Because it stops these threads from turning into a mass of "you should try blank" as if I don't have three massively crippling sleep disorders. People don't realize it's as insulting as going up to someone with a horrible disease and saying "i had a cold once, you should try..."

Any time you are looking for empathy and release for something health related on twitter, "helpful" people just try to tell you what you are doing wrong. Being on the other side of it, it learned to just show empathy. Do the same.
