I fought for months and months and months to try to get on a good schedule. I finally did. Five glorious weeks of going to bed and getting up early and feeling like a normal person. It was the first time I was able to do it since 5th grade. One bad week and it all goes to shit.

To wit, a good rule of thumb for whenever you see someone talking about health, sleep, wellness, etc. on twitter. If they are looking for advice, believe me, they will ask for it.

Because it stops these threads from turning into a mass of "you should try blank" as if I don't have three massively crippling sleep disorders. People don't realize it's as insulting as going up to someone with a horrible disease and saying "i had a cold once, you should try..."
