Per the usual rules, any sleep advice is an instant block. I've been dealing with this my whole life. You don't have the magic answer. I'm not magically not doing something right. This has been my whole life. You're being the opposite of helpful.

To wit, a good rule of thumb for whenever you see someone talking about health, sleep, wellness, etc. on twitter. If they are looking for advice, believe me, they will ask for it.

agreed. Also is full of so much interesting research, really makes you consider how important sleep is and how it plays into everything

I'm so happy you had those weeks. But I'm also devastated that it might be months more before you regain that. It might be empty optimism but those months might mean the next time fighting to be on a good sleep schedule is easier a second time. I'm rooting for you.
